At Riksja Travel, Anna is working as AI project manager, with the goal of turning the company’s AI ambition into real adoption and impact. She collaborates closely with teams in marketing, sales, product, IT, and data to identify the most impactful AI use cases and translate them into proof of concepts and practical applications: from agents that automate repetitive tasks and a customer-facing chatbot to smarter sales processes. Every Friday, you return to The Talent Institute. This is where you reflect, learn and connect. You’ll receive personal coaching, spar with fellow trainees and exchange ideas with TTI colleagues, a group of digital innovators across marketing, tech and strategy. Expect a balance between development, inspiration and fun, all focused on helping you grow faster as a professional.

3. Grow with The Talent Institute

From day one, you’ll be a full member of the Rituals team. You’ll work on different marketing projects, for example within the paid social or owned channels team, and contribute to ongoing campaigns and optimizations. You’ll take responsibility, collaborate closely with experienced marketers and are expected to work independently. This is not a shadow role, your work matters, and your input is valued as part of the team.

2. Work at Rituals

Your traineeship starts with two weeks of full-time onboarding at The Talent Institute. During this kickstart, you’ll get up to speed with the fundamentals of digital marketing. Together with your fellow trainees, you’ll work on hands-on cases, learn from experts and explore how tools, including AI, support smarter marketing decisions. After these two weeks, you’re ready to start creating impact at Rituals.
