As a Service Designer at The Talent Institute, you will work for one of our market-leading clients as a Service Designer, while attending bi-weekly training sessions and connecting with a motivated and young team of 40+ digital experts. You will develop new propositions and improve existing services by doing customer research. You understand that the customer should be leading when talking about services and make sure you ARE the voice of the customer within the organization. You design, research, create, facilitate, and ideate. Not a day should be the same!

You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, for example in Product or Service Design

Or you have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in a different field and you have at least 1 year of relevant work experience

You speak fluent English and live within the Randstad area

You have a passion for human-centered design, service design and you are research-driven

About 75% of our trainees continue to work at the company where they started their traineeship. We also recommend doing this, in your first year you can get a lot of hands-on experience with a steep learning curve.
