Rituals is a Dutch cosmetics company with approximately 800 stores in 27 countries and a strong online presence. 

Their Challenge:
Rituals e‑commerce has grown exponentially in recent years. To keep up with this growth, they are always looking for the right people with the right skills.
Rituals was looking for a partner who can support them in attracting and training young talent for their digital team

Our Solution:

Since 2018, The Talent Institute has been the primary partner for Rituals when it comes to attracting and training young digital talent.

Rituals participates in the Growth Hacking Traineeship several times a year and is therefore able to attract the right digital talent for their digital team throughout the year.

The result? More than 10 alumni of The Talent Institute now work at Rituals.
