Traineeship overview.

A short overview of what your 12-month traineeship will look like.

First 3 weeks of training.

Your journey starts with two weeks of full-time training at our office. Before you begin your assignment, we’ll immerse you in the world of AI. You’ll learn the fundamentals of automation, LLMs, prompt design and more, together with your fellow trainees. Expect hands-on sessions, expert guidance and a deep dive into how to apply AI in real business contexts. After that, you’re ready to start making impact at your company.

Get to work at one company.

You’ll join one company for a full 12-month traineeship. Your job is to help teams use (Gen)AI in a way that actually works. That could mean building a custom assistant, improving workflows or setting up useful automations. You work closely with people in the business, build solutions, test what works and help teams use it in their daily routines. You do this together with a group of trainees. Each of you works at your own company, but you learn and grow as a group through shared training, coaching and feedback.

Learning & development.

You’ll grow into a full-stack AI professional through our unique development program. While working inside a leading company, you’ll join GROW days: quarterly two-day bootcamps focused on personal leadership, mindset and collaboration. Through 1-on-1 coaching, peer learning and hands-on AI training, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to apply AI in real business contexts. Every step challenges you to think bigger, lead with purpose, and drive innovation.

How will you grow?

AI & tech training.

Training to improve your AI-skills: from low-code automation and LLM workflows to prompt engineering and agent design.

Personal coaching.

You’ll get 1-on-1 coaching, including support from a personal development coach to help you grow, and an AI expert to guide you in applying AI in your work.

Peer learning & support.

You’ll learn together with a group of your traineeship peers who are on the same journey. Expect intervision sessions, hack days and honest conversations that help you grow faster.

GROW days.

Four times a year, you’ll step away from the day-to-day to join two-day learning bootcamps focused on personal leadership, collaboration and mindset.

Who are you?

Degree in AI, Data Science, Business, Econometrics, Computer Science or related; or a strong design background with deep tech affinity.
0 – 1 year of professional experience and a demonstrated passion for technology & innovation.
Proficient in Python plus at least two other languages/tools (e.g., JavaScript, R, SQL).
Hands-on familiarity with machine learning, LLMs/GPT, NLP and rapid-prototyping methods.
Conceptual & strategic thinker who pairs analysis with a creative touch.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in Dutch & English.
Curious, entrepreneurial, and energized by fast-changing environments.
Embraces the “I don’t know, but I know how to find out” mentality and shares our passion for positive impact.
